As CG Crafts Studio, we act as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you fill in the quote form on our website or reach us by e-mail or WhatsApp.
What data we process
When you fill in the form, we only receive the information you enter yourself:
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company / office name (optional)
- Project information: scope, building type and number of units, site conditions, list of spaces, number of images, how far along the design is, delivery date
- Content you share: file link (Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.) and whatever you write in the free text field
- Technical data: the date and time the form was submitted and the connection logs automatically kept by the site infrastructure
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data, etc.) in the form. Please do not write such information in the free text field either.
Why we process it
- To review your request and prepare a scope, schedule and price quote for you
- To communicate with you throughout the quote process
- To carry out and invoice the work if a contract is concluded
- To meet our legal retention and record-keeping obligations
We do not use the information you provide in the form to send you marketing messages. If you would like us to send you a newsletter or promotional material, we obtain your separate and explicit consent for that.

Who we transfer it to
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. We only use the infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service:
- Website and form infrastructure: Wix.com Ltd. — form records are kept on Wix servers
- E-mail infrastructure: [provider name]
- Accounting and financial advisory: only once a contract is concluded, for issuing invoices
- Authorised public authorities: only where required by law
Transfer abroad. The servers of Wix and our e-mail provider are located abroad; your data is therefore transferred abroad. This transfer is carried out in line with the KVKK's provisions on transfers abroad, under standard contracts concluded with the relevant providers.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not turn into a quote: 12 months from the last correspondence, then deleted
- Requests that turn into a contract: from completion of the work, for the applicable financial and legal statute of limitations periods
- Once the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad; request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request deletion or destruction of the data; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used when you visit cgcrafts.studio. For the information you provide through the quote form, the Privacy Notice applies in addition.
While browsing the site
When you only browse the site, you do not give us information such as your name or e-mail. However, as on every website, the site infrastructure keeps technical logs: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of visit. These logs are used for the operation, security and debugging of the site.
Cookies
Essential cookies. These are required for the site to work — session management, security, language preference. Without them the site does not work properly.
Measurement cookies. These are used to understand which pages are viewed and how often. They are optional; you can refuse them through the notice shown when you first enter the site. You can also delete or block them at any time from your browser settings.
Embedded content — YouTube
The animations on the portfolio page are hosted on YouTube. When the page opens, only the video cover images are loaded from YouTube's image server; the player is not loaded.
When you click to play a video, the YouTube player comes into play and from that point on Google's own privacy policy applies. We load the player via youtube-nocookie.com, which does not record to watch history; even so, you should be aware that Google processes technical data such as your IP address and device information. As long as you do not click, no video data is loaded.
Social media links
The Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and WhatsApp links on the site are plain links — there is no tracking code or like button embedded in the page. When you click, the relevant platform's own privacy policy applies.
Analytics
We measure site traffic in aggregate and without identifying anyone — how many people came, which page they looked at, from which country. This measurement is not used to identify individual people.
Security of your data
Only CG Crafts Studio has access to the form records. Transmission is encrypted with HTTPS. Access passwords are protected with two-step verification.
Changes
This policy may be updated. You can see the update date at the top of the page.

All images, animations, texts, logos and design elements on the site belong to CG Crafts Studio or to the relevant rights holders; they are protected under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, published on another medium, used commercially or modified without our written permission. When sharing on social media, it is enough to credit the source and tag the studio.
Some images in the portfolio belong to client projects and are published as references with the knowledge of the relevant client. Use of these images by third parties is subject to separate permission.
The nature of the images
The images and animations on the site are architectural visualisation works. They convey the design intent of a project; they are not exact photographs of a built structure. Materials, colours, planting and landscaping may differ in practice. Do not rely on the images alone when making an investment decision.
Works under the "Lab" heading in the portfolio are not client work; they are personal experiments and concept studies.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI-assisted tools in our workflow. This is stated clearly in the tags of the works in the portfolio. Whatever the production method, technical accuracy and responsibility for the final decision rest with the studio.
Use of the site
The site is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to work uninterrupted or error-free. Reasonable care is taken to keep the information on the site up to date; even so, a quote or price is binding only when we send it to you in writing. No content on the site constitutes an offer (a binding proposal) on its own.
Uses that would damage the site, threaten its security or extract data in bulk with automated tools are prohibited.
External links
The site contains links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp). CG Crafts Studio is not responsible for the content and practices of these platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
